Delivery Policy

The following policies and procedures apply to the delivery of all goods and services provided by St. Joseph University, including but not limited to textbooks, course materials, and transcripts.

  • Delivery Methods
    • a. Standard Shipping: All orders will be shipped via standard shipping, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
    • b. Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact the college’s bookstore or the relevant department to request expedited shipping options and pricing.
  • Shipping Costs
    • a. Textbooks and Course Materials: Shipping costs for textbooks and course materials will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment.
    • b. Transcripts: Shipping costs for transcripts will be calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination.
  • Tracking Information: All orders will be assigned a tracking number, which will be provided to the customer via email or the online order tracking system. Customers can use this tracking number to track the status of their shipment.
  • International Shipping: International shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact the college’s bookstore or the relevant department to request international shipping options and pricing.
  • Delivery Errors and Returns: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or if your shipment does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the college’s bookstore or the relevant department as soon as possible to report the error or issue. Returns of textbooks and course materials may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Pickup Options: In addition to shipping, some items may be available for pickup on campus. Please check with the college’s bookstore or the relevant department for pickup options and instructions.
